The gateway to Desi lifestyle aims to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with or the product is in any way damaged, will refund your money.

You will need to inform us by emailing within seven days of the product being dispatched to you. Once you have emailed your complaint you will have another seven days to return the product/s. When returning the product/s you must ensure that the original packaging is returned and the labels and tags are not removed.

The recommended way of returning the product/s is by using the Post Office and sending it back to the appropriate seller or at the below address

This only applies to products purchased by UK sellers. If the product is purchased from an international seller then you need to inform us and ship the product back to the appropriate country (we will provide you with full details of the retailer). Further support is given by us, if this does occur.

You will be responsible for paying the Post Office fees for returning the goods.

If a product/s is returned to us, we will credit the card which was used to purchase the goods with a refund within three working days from the date we receive the product back. We are not responsible for any technical faults that may occur at PayPal which may delay your repayment.

If we do not receive the goods from yourselves, we would require proof that you sent the goods. This would mean you require a Post Office receipt as evidence that goods were sent back. Without this proof, we reserve the rights of refusal on returns. The option of exchanging products is possible on the basis that the goods are not damaged. This only applies for products bought in the UK. Any products bought from our selling partners abroad, you would need to inform us as above and we will contact the selling partners abroad on your behalf to address the issue. Eventually you will have to send the products back to that specific country as a return. will guarantee that you get 100% refund from the international selling partner in the same principle as above (credited back to the card that you purchased from).
