Babanaga Spice Hamper & Spices
3 Babanaga sauces, 1 chutney and a mix of Spice Ghai’s special spices
Tamarind grows on a pod of a large, tropical tree containing seeds enclosed in a juicy acid pulp that is used in beverages and food. Tamarind has to be processed by taking off the outer hard skin and then deseeded in order to get to the juicy pulp flesh, before it is liquidised and ready to be used in our sauce. A long process but well worth the wait.
INGREDIENTS – Tamarind, Scotch Bonnet, Green Chillies, Habanero, Green Pepper, Onions, Secret Spices, Black Pepper, Salt, Mustard, Tomato Extract
The first sauce in our range and one of the favourites. Spicey but well balanced with three layers of natural heat. A perfect compliment and an addition to any food being prepared or cooked, it can be used as an ingredient or simply used as an dip.
INGREDIENTS – Scotch Bonnet, Green Chillies, Habanero, Green Pepper, Onions, Secret Spices, Black Pepper, Salt, Mustard, Tomato Extract
